Blue Dress

The only way to have truly unique clothing is to make it. Blue Dress is a semi-custom dress that I made to wear for a special occasion. I started with an inexpensive store-bought dress as the base, and then I pleated and layered some floral embellished tulle fabric over the original one to add texture and volume. Lastly, I added long, elegant, stylized sleeves to create extra movement and flow. What began as an ordinary blue dress finished as a extraordinary dress, totally unique to me.
